Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle : from lead generation to contract closure, including preparing commercial offers and negotiating terms.
  • Develop and grow the customer portfolio : identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial consulting : support customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle, presenting features, benefits, and service solutions.
  • Promote service contracts and after-sales solutions : offer maintenance packages, assistance, and financial services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors : gather insights on industry developments, analyze competition, and contribute to defining sales strategies.
  • Handle complex negotiations : liaise with multiple stakeholders (customers, technical office, administration) to ensure proper execution of orders.
  • Reporting and performance analysis : update the company CRM, track sales targets, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events : represent the Volvo Buses brand at commercial and promotional occasions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales; knowledge of the bus market is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High commercial drive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility for short trips within Italy and abroad.
  • Italian mother tongue and good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel nationwide.
