As part of our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support the continued growth of Viva Wallet in the South-West European countries from our Italian office in Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Documenting all information on customer interaction system according to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist our sales teams across Europe, providing them with information for sales-oriented issues.
  • Handle merchants’ card terminal subscriptions and provide necessary information to them, if needed.
  • Be responsible for VW debit card and card terminal orders' management, exerting attention to detail in both Dynamics CRM & ERP.
  • Issue invoices and credit notes for card terminal orders in Dynamics ERP.
  • Assist company’s logistics departments in mid-senior issues.
  • Communicate with third party logistics partners in order to ensure that dispatching process is followed uninterrupted.
  • Managing the local office stock, of terminals and Viva Wallet cards and assign stock to field sales when it is needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support; experience as a sales support coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent use of Italian and English language; good knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • BSc / BA in business administration or relevant field.
  • ERP exprerience will be also considered an asset
