We are looking for a Sales Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join our team at Raffles Milano from November 2025 until October 2026. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to make a strong impact in supporting student recruitment and sales activities during this period.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing enrolments.
  • Provide orientation, consultancy, and support to prospective students.
  • Ensure enrolment and reporting activities follow the School’s roadmap and standards.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline updates.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in higher education sales.
  • Strong results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accuracy in reporting and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
