Overview

Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a: Sales&Marketing Representative Sell Out - Toscana

Responsibilities
  • Peripheral negotiation at the point of sale (managing relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, display boxes, facing, promotional spaces)
  • Through daily monitoring of the assigned area, ensuring compliance with activities agreed upon in the Sell-In (promotions and assortments)
  • Consumer data analysis (monitoring company pricing vs competition, reviewing and interpreting promotional actions, reporting discrepancies vs targets) and qualitative analysis of product launches
  • Shelf Allocation and implementation of category projects, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team
  • Application and control of strategies and techniques for managing assortments, product display and presentation, and handling POP materials
Requirements
  • Education: Master\'s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing/Sales
  • Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite
  • Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned area (Italy, Tuscany)
  • Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and \'excellence in execution\'
