A leading consumer electronics company is looking for a Sales Manager Online to drive business growth by managing strategic customer accounts within the online market in Italy. You will lead a team of key account managers and work closely with marketing and operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English and Italian. Competenze

What you will do

You will join Sales Team Haier Europe on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region. As Sales Manager Online you need to be passionate, proactive, self‑driven and motivated to join a team of open‑minded individuals. You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key customers within online sales scope focusing on Pure player (Amazon) and Click and mortar channels;
  • Coordinate and manage a team of three key account managers;
  • Definition of annual budget and commercial agreements;
  • High interaction with marketing and operations to ensure end to end processes;
  • Set promo plan for managed accounts;
  • Define together with marketing advertising strategy;
  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;
  • Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;
  • Taking a proactive approach to account management;
  • Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.
Must have
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field
  • Professional Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Online market preferable Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market
  • Technical Skills: Online market knowledge with focus on Amazon
  • Soft Skills:
    • Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross‑functional activities
    • Entrepreneurship skills towards target achievements and problem solving
    • Team working
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
