Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced material solutions designed for comfort, durability and functionality, which are used across a broad range of sectors including building & construction, furniture, transport, healthcare and flooring. They are seeking a driven and results-orientated Sales Manager to join their team in Southern Italy. This key role will on focus nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers in the region.

The Role & Responsibilities
  • The Sales Manager’s purpose is to strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ultimately contribute to the region’s growth and success.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Italian. Extensive travel across Southern Italy is required, therefore a valid driving license is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
  • Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is desirable. Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting would be advantageous.
