This position operates mainly from home, covering Italy, Germany, and Benelux.

Job Purpose:

Overall responsibility and accountability for the sales management activities across the region, which will include people and budgetary management. Taking key business decisions for overall business success and driving operational excellence.

Reporting To:

Simpsons Division – Business Head

Key Accountabilities:

• Development and execution of sales plan to channel 20% revenue growth target annually. Set sales objectives and monitor ongoing progress towards required performance.
• Implement sales initiatives to target key demographics (Market / Countries) for new business development. Identify industries where dyes and pigments are used.
• Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and to assess the quality of company’s relationship and collect market knowledge. KEY
