Skills and Competencies
  • First experience in a sales, business development, or account management role within a software or financial services organization
  • Background or knowledge in fixed-income credit or financial software is a plus
  • Professional fluency in English is essential
  • Confident phone manner with strong objection-handling skills
  • Clear and effective written communication
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with high attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance metrics
  • Proficiency in internet research, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce is advantageous
  • Research is dedicated to persons protected by Law 68 of March 12th 1999: placement of people with disabilities and protected categories
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in finance, economics, or a related field is advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to develop strategic account plans and territory coverage
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales professionals for further development and closure
  • Co-design and execute targeted sales campaigns to enhance Moody’s brand visibility and market presence
  • Conduct research to gather contact information and account intelligence, enabling a deeper understanding of customer needs and informing sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software
