We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant for our Kappa Outlet store in Scalo Milano Outlet. The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining the store's appearance to encourage sales, ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and product availability. The role requires demonstrating courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales;
• Managing and maintaining merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock to ensure product availability;
• Maintaining store cleanliness and order;
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
• Handling cashier operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion and footwear;
• Knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and schedule flexibility;
• Immediately available;

This position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract (40 hours per week).
