Sales Area Manager (Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo)

Location: Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo

This role focuses on contributing to sustainable growth by promoting our solutions to new and existing customers in the Central‑South region. You will represent the Atlas Copco brand, manage a schedule independently, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftermarket Service, and internal support teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure high‑quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Actively achieve the assigned sales target, ensuring quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Prepare accurate reports on activities (orders won/lost, follow‑up, funnel process).
  • Identify new potential customers and plan relationship building and development activities.
  • Manage the assigned area in compliance with Territory Management and Market Share objectives.
  • Use the company CRM for all activities, increasing the area’s Business Intelligence.
  • Stay constantly updated on products and sales strategies by attending training sessions and reading technical materials.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to Management.
  • Analyze market and competition, suggesting corrective actions and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Aftermarket Service teams to ensure long‑term relationships.
