Competenze

Reward/HR Transaction Senior Consultant - Milano

Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting support to managerial functions and coordinate junior resources in the Reward & Organization domain.
  • Participate in projects updating and enhancing Total Reward packages, defining underlying criteria and principles for each component, and in projects for the development of corporate welfare programs.
  • Redefine, revise, and harmonise HR policies with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
  • Lead Equal Pay Gap and Fair Pay Strategy projects analysing quantitative and organisational aspects.
  • Support analysis and definition of operating models, governance structures and processes for business functions.
  • Design and implement succession plans and identify key talent.
  • Support M&A transactions, analysing organisational structure, workforce, tax & social security compliance, and compensation costs.
  • Manage post‑deal activities such as policy harmonisation, HR workstream management, workforce integration, retention planning, and total rewards optimisation.
  • Coordinate resources organisation‑wise and operationally (work‑plan sharing, timeline planning, data analysis, regulatory analysis and client support).
  • Provide consulting on transformation and performance improvement initiatives following extraordinary operations.
  • Consult on executive remuneration topics.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics & Management, Law, Political Science, or related fields with specialisation in labour law, social security law, governance, HR strategy, reward strategy or DE&I.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a structured consulting firm or in labour or personnel consulting.
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent English proficiency.
