A luxury hotel company in Lombardia, Como, is looking for a Reservations Manager. This role requires expertise in pricing strategies, leadership skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. You'll manage the reservations team to enhance guest experience and maximize room revenue. The position is full-time, and you will work on-site with the team to ensure high standards of service are maintained.

Your Excel spreadsheets and reports are your type of modern art.

Youre fluent in Italian and in English because Mama is all around the world. A third one would be a plus.
