About the location:

The resort features residents-only facilities, a luxury spa, well-being/fitness center, fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits including tennis, an 18-hole golf course, bowling, movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club.

About the role:

This role leads the Housekeeping staff to ensure residences and public areas are cleaned to standard. Responsible for inspecting the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the Residences and public areas.

What you will do:

• Train and lead staff. Schedule daily work and monitor progress.
• Inspect rooms to ensure standards are met; coach team members as needed.
• Coordinate work orders and follow up to ensure completion.
• Monitor House Attendants' performance.
• Ensure sufficient supplies on Residence floors.
• Check cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, elevators, and supply closets.
• Conduct inventories of linens and supplies.
• Assist with responsibilities in Public Areas, Room, and Housekeeping in absence or heavy volume.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and managers.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2+ years of related or equivalent experience, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including bending, stooping, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with teams.
• Legal work authorization in the United States required.
