Influx Search is again partnering with a pioneering wastewater technology software company to find a Wastewater Product Implementation Leader to work with clients across Italy and demonstrate the value of an innovative SaaS platform.

We’re now looking for a Wastewater Product Implementation Leader to join their Italian team - someone who can bring together technical wastewater expertise, data interpretation and strong customer engagement in one unique, mission-driven role.

You’ll translate raw data into actionable insights, lead technical discussions and play a key role in driving the success of deployments across Italy.

Expect to get hands-on with client projects, work directly with field engineers and analysts, and help shape how data is communicated, understood and actioned by water utilities.

Responsibilities

• Analysing sensor and operational data to support executive business reviews (QBRs / EBRs)
• Supporting project delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
• Working closely with CSMs, data scientists and implementation teams
• Delivering insight-driven reporting that helps utilities make smarter decisions
• Travelling ~30% to support field visits, customer onboarding and workshops
• Strong communication skills – able to simplify technical data for a range of audiences
• Comfort working with Excel, dashboards, KPIs (Power BI a plus)
