A global clinical research organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join their Monitoring Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of monitoring experience in oncology trials and a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior staff. This position is home-based in Italy with a salary range of €30,000 - €50,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
