A leading crypto brand is seeking a proactive CRM Specialist to join their marketing team remotely. The role involves managing customer engagement strategies, executing campaigns, and providing insights. The ideal candidate is fluent in Portuguese and English, has experience with CRM platforms, and is proactive in their approach to customer journey optimization. This is a temporary 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

Competenze

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadConnector and/or Homio.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Manage customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Execute email, push, and SMS campaigns accurately and on time.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators.
