The ideal candidate has a degree in Biomedical Engineering or Audiology and at least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry. Responsibilities include technical support, relationship building with healthcare professionals, and business growth initiatives. This is a remote role requiring some travel, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Competenze

  • 2+ years of experience in the medical device or hearing aid industry.
  • Experience in tenders and healthcare procurement processes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).
  • Based in Lombardia, Piemonte, Valle d'Aosta, Liguria, or Toscana.

Mansioni

  • Grow the Cochlear Implants and Bone Conduction business in the region.
  • Provide pre-, intra-, and post-surgical technical support in hospitals and clinics.
  • Train healthcare professionals on Cochlear implants and acoustics technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, ENT Surgeons, and Audiologists.

Conoscenze

Fluency in English
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Tech-savvy with Salesforce Health Cloud CRM
Self-motivated and proactive
Strong team player
Ability to establish relationships

Formazione

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Audiology, or related field
