We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia‑Romagna regions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region.

Achieve sales targets and grow the client base.

Identify and onboard new clients and distributors.

Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.

Conduct client meetings and negotiations.

Participate in professional exhibitions and trade shows.

Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.

Requirements

Residence in Tuscany or Emilia‑Romagna.

Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher).

Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.

Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2 B).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confident use of MS Office tools.

Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and well‑organized.
