A leading global new energy provider in Italy is looking for a sales professional to identify and onboard new B2B clients for their innovative products. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least one year of sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian is essential. This role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts and develop effective sales strategies.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • 1+ year of channel sales experience, ideally in solar or power solutions.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Italian.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (B2B) for new energy products, achieve regional sales target
  • Manage key accounts, address inquiries and promote company solutions effectively
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other work assigned by the leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
  • At least 1 year of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English and Italian
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
