An international NGO is seeking a Regional Grant Finance Capacity Building Specialist to lead training and resource development on grant management. The role involves creating user-friendly content from complex regulations, mentoring staff, and working globally to enhance capacity. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, relevant grant management experience, and training skills. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and proficiency in English and French. This position is local to Italy and requires occasional international travel.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience managing public or private grants in an international NGO environment.
• Experience in training others on complex or technical content related to grants finance.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
