As we expand our presence in the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) sector, we’re looking for a driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth in the European market.

Your Mission

You’ll play a key role in building our EVSE business across Italy, with a dual focus on B2B and B2C development. Backed by MSI’s strong R&D investment and global reputation, you will shape go-to-market strategies, drive regional partnerships, and be the voice of the customer in product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities and accelerate channel development in the EVSE segment.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with stakeholders, manage key accounts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver compelling demos of MSI’s hardware/software EVSE portfolio.
  • Lead Proposals: Collaborate with HQ to prepare successful RFP submissions and customer deliverables.
  • Bridge Market and R&D: Collect and share customer feedback to enhance our technology and offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven track record in launching new solutions or building business in emerging sectors.
  • Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Italy
  • Availability to travel across the region.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in the EVSE or solar energy industry.
  • Understanding of EU policies and trends in electric mobility and clean energy.
