About the Position

As R&D Manager Power Electronics within our Mobile Power Solutions business you’ll drive innovation in Pescara by guiding and empowering a cross‑functional team with the clarity and structure they need to excel. You will serve as both the people leader and the technical reference point for the team, providing clear direction and taking ownership of key engineering decisions in power electronics. By combining leadership with strong technical understanding you will enable the team to deliver innovative, reliable and high‑performing products, turning the product roadmap into market‑ready solutions. At our Pescara site you’ll make a tangible local impact while gaining international visibility across Dometic’s global network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that development teams deliver products that are safe, reliable and meet required quality and performance standards.
• Lead continuous improvement of development processes to increase efficiency, quality and speed in bringing new products to market.
• Build and manage partnerships with external consultants to secure temporary expertise and resources when needed.
• Take the lead on the technical decision‑making process for power electronics product development.
