About The Role

This is a fast paced and dynamic role to assist implementing assigned delivery projects and initiatives from proof of principle feasibility to successful launch into market.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the Product Development Process within the team
• Responsible for the maintenance of his / her laboratory equipment and working space
• Following the Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements
• Maintaining supplies inventory and order items when needed
• Participate and support projects and teams on defined task
• Production of lab samples for consumer testing, performance tests and stability tests
• Suggest improvement on defined processes or management of the laboratory
• Accurate documentation of test results
• Collaborative working style within the team(s)

Experience we’re looking for

• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of English, good Italian language skills.
• Technical experience in one or more related Research & Development area is advantageous.
• Ability to understand requirements of laboratory activities to support product development
• Understanding physical and chemical risks of R&D area
• Ability to report activities accurately and in line with laboratory practice.
• Understanding of working with computers
• Understanding of physical and chemical principles
• Experience / expertise in applying technical know-how to development of consumer products is advantageous

• Good organizational and coordinating skills that can be applied in laboratory environment
• Good awareness of Laboratory practice including aspects of safety and quality
• Technical curiosity
• Natural ability for action. Strongly focussed to ensure that activities are carried out accurately and according to agreed timings
