A leading automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Quality Engineer to work in the quality department, ensuring the quality of components and products. The role involves monitoring and improving factory processes in collaboration with various departments, leading root-cause analysis of non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of automotive quality standards. Good command of English is required.

We are looking for a

Quality Engineer

who will work in the quality department to ensure the quality of components and products, supporting both current production and the launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and improve internal factory processes, in collaboration with the Production, Logistics, Industrialisation and Product Development departments in line with automotive quality standards.
• Collaborate PPAP and APQP activities for new and existing products.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of internal and external non‑conformities (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
• Track and improve quality KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance quality performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in the field as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of automotive standards: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Problem‑solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
