This role is central to ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and contributing to the creation of sustainable, high performance environments.

Role Overview

Reporting to the QA/QC Lead, you’ll ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and help build the future of sustainable infrastructure. You’ll lead audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation
  • Lead internal audits and follow up on third party visits
  • Identify and share best practices across regions
  • Deliver high quality reports to management and clients
  • Facilitate lessons learned and improvement sessions
  • Uphold IMS certifications in H&S, environment, energy, and information security
Requirements
  • Master’s in engineering + 3–5 years technical experience
  • Proven background in quality management (industry, oil & gas, construction, or digital infrastructure facilities)
  • Strong writing, risk management, and problem solving skills
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Fluent English, high integrity, and proactive mindset
  • Strong communicator, resilient under pressure, and committed to sustainable development
