A leading manufacturer in automotive components is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality standards at the Muravera site. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and be fluent in both Italian and English. Key responsibilities include managing the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Competenze

• Proven experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
• Ability to conduct audits in accordance with IATF standards.
• Solid knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, 8Ds, SPC, R&R, MSA.

? Your Mission:As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, driving continuous improvement and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Quality Management System.
• Organize and participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review contracts and supply agreements to identify and manage special quality requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintaincontrol plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all quality-related topics and project updates.
• Support production teams in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Oversee the use and programming ofCMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)and other measuring instruments.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with the ability to conduct audits in accordance with IATF standards, respond to client audits, and serve as the primary contact during client audit processes.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and mediation abilities.
• Familiarity withCMM programming, GD&Tand use ofmeasuring instruments.
• Skilled in writing and managing technical documentation.
• Solid knowledge ofquality toolssuch as control plans, 8Ds, SPC, R&R, MSA and others
