To support our inspection and certification activities in the Railway domain, TÜV SÜD is looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to our national and international growth.

Your role

• Project administration: support the Project Manager(s) for the preparation of quotations, certificates and invoices.
• Quality Management System: administrative management of QMS documentation, support the Quality Manager for internal audits and for the accreditation process.

What We Are Looking For

• You have a bachelor or master degree in a linguistic / economic / legal / technical university;
• Your language skills: very good English (spoken and written) (German and/or Dutch are an advantage);
• You are acquainted with project administrative processes;
• You are acquainted with the management of quality systems;
• You work independently and with a goal-oriented approach;
• You are able to work in an international team.
