Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

IT skills, Project Management, VMware products knowledge (understand the product vulnerabilities and patches required) <<

Role : Professional responsible for interfacing directly with the Customer to direct the start of activities, provide indications for access to support, assess the technical environment, verify the compliance of licenses and products with respect to the service acquired, and share relevant security information. At least 7 years of experience in managing complex virtualization infrastructures

Professional experience : Experience in leading projects in the infrastructure sector in terms of characteristic, size, complexity and technology

Professional skills :

• Project management in large customer companies and related development and testing processes
• Project planning (Gantt, Pert, resource allocation)
• Complex system integration challenges in a multivendor environment
• Knowledge of the main processes, procedures and templates for the management of IT services and their compliance with regulatory standards
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and leading hardware infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of best practices in Project Management and Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge, for the areas of intervention, of the most common IT infrastructure solutions, standards and market products
• Ability to technically supervise the implementation phase and experience in verification and compliance check activities of architectural and infrastructural solutions
• Experience in defining the system architecture and identifying the

• Expertise in infrastructure capacity planning
• Competence in defining the operating procedures for the safety of the infrastructure
