Project Manager – Sales Program and Portfolio (f/m/d)
Loacker – Location: Bolzano/Bozen and Auna di Sotto/Unterinn
We are looking as soon as possible for a Sales Portfolio and Program / Project Manager for the Project Management Office. As a portfolio and program manager Sales you will support commercial planning, launch execution and integration across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and local markets, driving speed, consistency and quality in execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the strategic sales key initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Controlling, R&D and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate, plan and monitor interdisciplinary strategic sales programs and their sub‑projects aligned with the strategic sales goals (sell‑in, sell‑out, innovation, seasonal campaigns).
- Support the strategic planning and budgeting cycle, ensuring consistency between business priorities, resource allocation, project roadmap and project portfolio.
- Manage the overall project pipeline, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility on timelines.
- Anticipate interdependencies across launches, production and marketing activities.
- Define and track key execution KPIs (time‑to‑market, promotional effectiveness, cost efficiency).
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of program / project goals, content, budget and roadmap ensuring clear prioritization and providing visibility to leadership and stakeholders on progress versus strategic milestones and investment returns.
- Maintenance, structuring, preparation and analysis of project or portfolio data providing concise dashboards, reports and recommendations for management on project status, risks and results.
- Develop, simplify and implement sales enablement tools, workflows and processes to enhance collaboration and decision‑making speed.
- Develop user‑friendly templates and digital tools for the Sales & Marketing portfolio to optimise effectiveness and efficiency and promote a structured way of working.
- Consult and support the project managers in structuring, planning and executing their projects.
- Foster a culture of execution, accountability and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Design, plan and realise trainings.
Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Passion for sales and portfolio / project management with excellent organisational and analytic skills.
- Proven work experience (min. 5 years) in driving sales revenue growth and investment management and in leading interdisciplinary projects in the FMCG or consulting industry.
- Strong project management skills; affinity for digital (PPM) tools; knowledge of PPM planning tools is an advantage.
- High social competence, empathy, assertiveness and implementation strength.
- Target‑oriented and independent way of working.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German and/or Italian skills.
