Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Manager in Bari, Bologna, Rome or Florence where we’re looking for you?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and managerial expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammates. You’ll drive project / program execution to maximize results with respect to cash and margin ensuring on‑time delivery in conformity with the contract / Program Charter according to Customer / Platform expectations and the requirements on EHS. Day‑to‑day you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Core Team members internal and external partners) lead a Project Team and much more.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing the complete execution of your scope from transfer to close out in line with Contract / Program Charter requirements.
• Performing project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual including proactive risk and opportunity management and in full compliance with e‑book rules.
• Representing Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium JV etc.).
• Being responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss; Respecting the budgets and QCD objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse project team.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
• Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices.
• You must be fluent in Italian.
