Il candidato selezionato gestirà la consegna dei progetti garantendo rispetto dei costi, delle tempistiche e della qualità. Si richiedono 3-5 anni di esperienza in gestione progetti, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione, e ottime competenze comunicative. È preferibile una laurea in ingegneria e una certificazione PMP o IPMA.

Accountabilities

The Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of the project, meeting contractual requirements and delivering on budget, quality and time, ensuring customer satisfaction. The PM ultimately manages Project profit and loss, identifies and manages project risks, coordinates with the Risk Manager, allocates risk contingencies, and maintains the relationship with the customer as the direct interface.

  • Approves the master schedule and the second‑level schedule issued by the Project Planner.
  • Authorises any change to the project baseline that impacts product costs, schedule or contractual obligations.
  • Manages requests for variation from the customer from offer preparation through negotiation.
  • Approves sub‑contracts and Letters of Intent relevant to key sub‑supplies and RSBU Legal Entities before signature to ensure alignment with budget, schedule and contractual requirements.
  • Manages the Project Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports and Meetings, including economic and financial progress reports issued by the Project Controller.
  • Approves and manages all project communications toward the customer.
  • Validates the invoicing plan.
  • Manages the delivery of products to the customer.
  • Leads the Project Team.
Job requirements
Required Skills/Knowledge
  • Proven 3–5 years of project management experience in a medium/complex multinational organisation.
  • Excellent team‑working attitude.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High competence with Microsoft Office; excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP or IPMA) certification is a plus.
Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field (Engineer).

Languages

English (level C1 certificate or higher).
