Overview

JOB SPECIFICATION :

Specifies and coordinates the implementation of projects

Responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, budget targets, and for managing associated risks.

Typically requires strong technical skills, proven project management experience, and an understanding of the business issues.

The role will work closely together with a varying level of stakeholders within the business, both internally and externally.

This person plays a central role in communication with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Position based in Europe preferably in Italy / or another EU location (Home office / Hybrid working).

General Characteristics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management: Lead responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of projects after receipt of the order until handover to the customer.
  • Communication: Main contact for customers throughout the entire project duration. Coordination of communication between sales, the customer and internal teams (e.g. production, logistics, technology) to ensure transparent and efficient project execution.
  • Order processing: Supporting the sales team in the internal processing and tracking of orders, including checking and approving orders and clarifying technical and commercial questions.
  • Time and resource planning: Creating and monitoring project schedules and efficiently allocating resources to ensure timely execution.
  • Risk management: Identifying potential risks in the project process and developing solutions to minimize risk.
  • Cost control: Monitoring the budget and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.
  • Quality management: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical requirements throughout the project.
  • Reporting: Regular reporting to management or the head of project management on the current status of the projects and the preparation of project completion reports.
  • Other: receiving and accepting service requests, issuing invoices

  • Languages: Fluent in English & Local language where the position is based.
