We give them complete freedom to make their own choices, each of our products can be personalised, giving users extraordinary freedom to customise their order, but at the same time are always on hand throughout the order process in case any issues or questions arise.

The candidate will support the management of a specific category of products, will closely coordinate the operational product implementation on our channels and coordinate the different stages of the product projects. He / she will participate in the organization of the various product manufacturing processes in partnership with the production, prepress and IT departments.

The candidate will be closely involved in the following activities :

• Help and support the Product Manager with a definition and coordination of all cross-functional projects
• Coordinate and follow product and manufacturing process tests
• Support the industrialization of the products
• Maintain and improve existing products (increasing productivity through optimization, improving flows following the entire flow of a product manufacturing)
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, deliverables, and project timelines
• Coordinate the operations (from Industrialization to Go to Market) for in-house products
• Coordinate with customer care to solve promptly product flow issues

ESSENTIAL

• Degree in management engineering, economics or industrial design
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language
• Accurate and extremely detail-oriented
• Mathematical mindset

PREFERRED

• Advanced use of Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of the graphic arts market and printing materials and technologies would be an asset
• Experience with complex product management tool
• Experience in an e-commerce
• Experience in a dynamic environment
