Product Marketing Manager

Main Tasks / Responsibilities
- Responsible for competitive analysis and Market scenario knowledge (competitors’ renewals, pricing evolution, Industry sales and mix)
- Responsible for Maxus product positioning in terms of price, specification and volume by trim, engine, option and channel mix over the product lifecycle to optimize model profitability
- Be the contact person and interface of HQ product planning / development / engineering, to support the best local market fit of Maxus Italy product line-up
- Lead the new product launch activity, ensuring all project milestones are established and all cross departmental workstreams are properly and timely delivered
- Ensure optimal run-out of existing models and run-in of new models (i.e. sell out incentives required for run-out stock)
- Contribute to set the volume and contribution margin targets of each Maxus model within the portfolio, as defined in the annual business plan
- Maximize profitability and volume of product line-up, by identifying key business opportunities for growth through product actions (i.e. how to react in case of feature shortage; how to leverage on a new feature opportunity; local special series or dedicated configuration)
- Communicate all product information to internal parties, external stakeholders and Dealers network
- Build comprehensive knowledge of existing and future environmental and legislative requirements which directly impact on products in portfolio and commercial policy / incentive scheme
- Lead the Commercial Training operations
Main Skills / Capabilities / Requirements
- At least 3-5 Years experience in a similar role
- LCV expertise and proficiency is a must
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of English language (C proficiency level preferred)
- Self-driven, sales-oriented, problem-solver, highly flexible
- Clear understanding of business needs, to be translated into action fast
- Team working skills, proactiveness and creative attitude
