About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager specializing in industrial connectors to drive customer engagement, technical solution development, and project execution in Emilia Romagna & Toscana. This role focuses on industry-specific client acquisition, close collaboration with HQ sales, local distributors, and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring successful project follow-through until bulk order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage key industry clients (OEMs, system integrators, end-users) to expand market presence.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with HQ sales and distributor teams, providing on-site technical consultation.
  • Translate customer technical requirements into actionable product solutions, coordinating with R&D and engineering teams.
  • Manage projects from initial inquiry to bulk order conversion, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine product strategy.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial connectors or related fields (e.g., automation, electromechanical components).
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Technical Sales Engineer in a similar industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to bridge technical and commercial needs, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English (working language); Italian proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Technical expertise in connector standards, cabling systems, or industrial connectivity solutions.
