The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or PhD in a relevant field, have at least 2 years of industry experience, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Competenze

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech.
• Strong understanding of complex decision impacts and processes.
• Experience with plasma fractionation processes is preferred.
