A global cabling solutions provider in Merlino, Italy is seeking a talented Process Engineer to enhance production efficiency and quality. You will evaluate production processes, identify improvements, and work closely with various teams. The ideal candidate has an engineering background with 2-4 years of manufacturing experience. Fluency in Italian and English is required. The role offers a permanent contract and various benefits including flexible hours and health insurance.

We’re seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our Merlino (LO) plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and you will:
Evaluate existing production processes and propose changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, minimize risks, and improve product quality. You’ll focus on optimizing yields and productivity.
Identify opportunities for product specification improvements. Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and engineering data to create new production processes.
Work closely with stakeholders with a collaborative attitude (maintenance, production, R/D, quality...) to address any production-related issues/matters that arise during various phases.
Engineering Background
2/4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within production.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Willing to collaborate and to work in team;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
