Candidates should have advanced skills in Excel and expertise with tools like Primavera EPPM and Power BI. Role Definition

The SENIOR Planner will be responsible for the following activities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard tools.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying schedule deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
• Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and performing Monte Carlo Risk Analysis.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
• Portfolio Management & Analysis: Supporting the company in managing its project portfolio, providing insights and analytics to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
• Tool Development: Development and support of IT tools based on integration of Primavera EPPM, SAP, Qlik, and Tilos. Software will be owned by Prysmian also in case of Termination of contract (to quote as a separate item for Frame Agreement) (Annex: P&I Land, P&I Submarine, Testing Review; template to be considered as a reference. More Dashboard and tool can be required)
