A leading technology company in Milan seeks a Physical Security Project Manager to oversee security system projects, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and ensure optimal performance of security systems. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in the technology and security sectors, necessary certifications, and the ability to work effectively in teams. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

5-7 years of experience in technology sectors. Knowledge and experience with the Security Integrator Industry. High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy. English language required, Italian or other European languages a plus. Ability to travel 20% of the time. Ability to work at times in an industrial environment. Excellent teamwork skills, results oriented, high energy and self-motivated.

• Project Management for physical security system projects related to new construction as well as retrofit projects.
• Preparation of physical security bid packages, including specifications and drawings.
• Physical Security Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• As the physical security technology SME, partner with the local physical security operations team to assure all systems are functioning to their optimum level.
• As the physical security technology and project management SME, vet all potential vendors for the proper skills and scale to meet our challenging project schedules.
• Research emerging physical security technologies, to assess their applicability within the AWS physical security program.
• Provide technical and project management support for local physical security teams.

Skilled in AutoCAD. Experience in corporate security and workplace safety. Certification in either S2 or Lenel Access Control Systems. CPP, PSP or CISSP Certification. 3 to 5 years of experience in managing security professionals or security monitoring centers.
