A global healthcare innovation company is seeking a Senior HR professional for the People Partner role in Roma. This position involves supporting HR operations across multiple European countries, managing employee-related processes, and implementing HR policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of HR operations experience, ideally in an international context, and be fluent in both English and Italian. The role requires a hands-on approach with strong analytical skills and experience in fast-paced environments.

The People Partner reports to the People Director and works closely with the European and global HR team, as well as other global functions like Finance and Legal, and external partners and service providers. This role supports the HR needs of managers and employees across multiple European countries.
We are looking for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on, operational mindset. Someone who enjoys “doing” as much as “guiding,” and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, resilient in the face of change, and passionate about growing in a healthy, sustainable way.
The People Partner plays a key role in enabling our growth and operations by delivering high‑quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. A strong understanding of service‑based business models and client‑centric logic is highly valued.
