WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Core activities . You will implement end-to-end solutions based on Pega best practices, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery. You will contribute to the execution of innovative and complex projects for major clients in the Telco & Media, Insurance, and Financial Services industries. You will gain a deep understanding of client business processes and support their digital transformation initiatives.
  • Technologies . You will work with the Pega Platform, leveraging its capabilities for case management, process automation, and system integration. You will apply Pega frameworks and reusable components to deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions. You will have the opportunity to attend Pega training programs and pursue certifications to strengthen your technical and functional expertise.
  • Team work . You will collaborate with senior Pega developers and experts, learning from their experience and applying best practices in real-world projects. You will actively contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment that promotes professional growth. You will engage with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...
  • Academic background . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or Management Engineering.
  • Valuable expertise . 1-2 years of experience with Pega Platform or a Pega CSA certification.
  • Nice to have . Other Pega certification or Pega badges will be considered a plus. Knowledge of CRM processes / technologies and Agile methodology is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Soft skills . We are looking for a team player who can lead and support junior colleagues. Our projects are complex and require strong relational and problem‑solving skills.
