As a Payments Solutions Sales professional, you will play a key role in driving UniCredit’s payments and cash management business for Large Corporate clients. You will deliver innovative solutions that support clients’ treasury strategies, enhance liquidity management, and optimize domestic and international transaction flows.

What you’ll be doing
  • Creating value for Client Solutions – Group Payments Solutions, focusing on new deal generation, revenue growth, and increasing share of wallet.
  • Managing a portfolio of Large Corporate clients (domestic and international groups), ensuring strong relationships and high service quality.
  • Advising clients on payment solutions, liquidity management, FX, card acquiring and issuing, and bank connectivity services, positioning yourself as the client’s trusted advisor for Payments Solutions.
  • Strengthening UniCredit’s leadership position in innovative, digital, and strategic payment solutions.
  • Collaborating with Coverage, CTS, and the UniCredit network to deliver integrated solutions and maximize cross-selling.
  • Monitoring client activity and proactively addressing operational needs.
  • Reporting commercial activities and tracking revenue performance through dedicated tools.
What you’ll need to succeed

Strong knowledge and solid experience in Italian and global payments and cash management products, FX, acquiring, and liquidity solutions.

Proven commercial skills with a client-oriented mindset and strong revenue focus

Ability to deal and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English

Solid academic background and several years of banking experience in similar roles. Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across the organization.
