Job Purpose:

The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing LiuGong’s spare parts sales business in the Italian market. The role ensures sustainable growth in aftermarket revenue by strengthening the dealer network, optimizing parts availability, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Management

  1. Develop and implement the annual spare parts sales plan for Italy.
  2. Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue, volume, and profitability.
  3. Identify market opportunities, expand parts penetration, and increase LiuGong brand loyalty.

Dealer Network Support & Management

  1. Work closely with authorized dealers to improve their parts sales capability.
  2. Provide training, sales tools, and marketing support to dealer parts teams.
  3. Monitor dealer performance and compliance with LiuGong standards.

Customer Service & Market Expansion

  1. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, rental companies, and service partners.
  2. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored parts solutions.
  3. Collect feedback to continuously improve parts supply and customer experience.

Parts Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

  1. Collaborate with the European Parts Distribution Center for order planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.
  2. Ensure adequate stock levels to reduce machine downtime and improve availability.
  3. Monitor slow-moving and obsolete parts and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  1. Track and analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  2. Provide monthly sales reports and forecasts to headquarters.
  3. Support strategic decision-making with accurate market intelligence.

Requirement:

  1. Italian and English is mandatory
  2. At least 3 years related working experience in Manufacturing industry
  3. Team player and good at communication
