A language education provider in Bologna is looking for an energetic English teacher to support children's learning. The role offers a fixed-term contract of 6 hours per week with the possibility of increasing hours. Responsibilities include preparing engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and building relationships with students. Ideal candidates will have strong English skills, a passion for teaching, and flexibility in their schedule.

Boost your CV:

add teaching experience to your skill set, interests and extra-courses (art, music, theater...) if you have any. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old. You’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

We offer:

Fixed-term contract (CCNL Aninsei – Level V) until the end of June/July, with the possibility of renewal, including permanent employment.

Initial commitment of 6 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing up to a maximum of 12 hours per week.

Scheduled working hours:

Mondays to Fridays afternoonfrom 5 to 7 and Saturdays from 9.30 to 11.30

Possible overtime close to the scheduled hours and on Friday/Saturday afternoons for special events (trial lessons, workshops on-site or with partners).

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and fluent command of the English language, with correct pronunciation (C1/C2 level)
• Passion for working with children, including very young ones.
• Dynamic, creative, and motivated person for activities and events.
• Accuracy and diligence in applying our method, supported by guides and initial training.

Plus:

availability in the mornings during public school holidays (summer/winter camps).
