This is a freelance/B2B contract for a duration of 2 months, with a possibility of extension.

Competenze

• More than 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with end-user computing and technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices, including configuration.
