The Role

We’re seeking a .Net Developer to join our development team in Naples. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from cloud services and back‑end systems to cross‑platform applications, in an environment where technology meets sport and your work directly supports live international events.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Develop APIs and back‑end services using .NET Core / C#.
• Design and maintain relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Contribute to the development of cross‑platform desktop and mobile apps.
• Review and optimize code to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong programming skills in C# and solid knowledge of .NET Core.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and software versioning.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Awareness of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET MAUI or React Native for mobile development.
