Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Denza’s sales targets in the Italian market.
  • Lead and manage the national sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment.
  • Establish relationships with key dealership partners to optimize distribution and customer reach.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.
  • Other tasks assigned by Sales Director Denza.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master ’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
