Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semisolids: these include creams and gels.

Your key responsibilities
  • Coordinate new product transfer activities within the site and across functions
  • Optimize existing manufacturing and analytical processes including adjustments related to API or excipient changes
  • Align internal stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, Analytics, Development, etc.) around project objectives and timelines
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects including resource allocation, budgeting and progress tracking
  • Evaluate new product introductions from a technical and operational feasibility standpoint
  • Lead and support technology transfer and site-to-site transfer projects
  • Interface with internal and external partners including corporate MS&T customers and cross‑functional project teams
  • Contribute to scale‑up and process improvement initiatives ensuring robust, efficient and compliant manufacturing processes
Your profile
  • University degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Bioprocessing or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in technology transfer
  • Hands‑on experience in process optimization, tech transfer and scale‑up and solid understanding of analytical technical and regulatory requirements
  • End‑to‑end management experience of tech transfer projects
  • Proven project management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or MS&T environment
  • Strong technical and process understanding ideally in the production of non‑sterile liquids and semi‑solid dosage forms (e.g., creams, gels)
  • Fluent English skills both spoken and written for communication with international partners and customers
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills with a structured, pragmatic and proactive work style
  • People management experience is an advantage but not mandatory
