Your Opportunity:

As Merchandising Planner, you will support the WW Sales planning & OTB process liaising with Global functions and regional teams in the achievement of sales targets.

Your Contribution:
  • Plan WW Sales according to Budget and by seasonal, carry over and still valid

  • Plan OTB according to target Sell-Through

  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to align on Sales Plan and OTB

  • Work with Retail Merchandising team during the buying campaign to ensure alignment between sales plan and collection potential: stock need by category, SKU target to define master order, monitoring orders against OTB by category/market, other ad hoc analysis;

  • Work with Demand Planning in order to align on Carry Over forecast and replenishment needs

  • In-season monitoring of the performance, sales plan achievement and stock level at a WW and regional level

  • Support projects on planning tools and planning process improvement (ex. planning by line).

Your Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team

  • Fluency in English is required; Italian is considered a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Board is a plus

  • Interest in the luxury and fashion industry
