About you and this role

Dow Building & Infrastructure, part of Dow Consumer Solutions, partners with industry professionals globally to advance building design, durability, energy efficiency, and occupant health and safety. We leverage our expertise to solve high‑performance building challenges with DOWSIL™ Brand products and beyond.

We are now looking for a Building & Infrastructure Marketing Manager to join us, based in Seneffe, Belgium, but the role can also be in Milan, Italy or Wiesbaden, Germany. If you are an experienced marketing manager who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong relationships, and transforming sustainability and digital innovation into growth, this position is for you! You will lead the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for Dow Consumer Solutions’ Building & Infrastructure business across Europe. By working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, TS&D, business communications, product management, regional teams, channel partners, and customers, you’ll help drive sustainable value‑chain initiatives and digital transformation. Your contributions will be vital to the primary growth platform of our business.

The ideal candidate thrives in a psychologically safe, collaborative environment, values diverse & inclusive teams, and can coordinate multi‑faceted activities and projects with focal points from sales, technical, business communications, and product management, as well as with peers, channel partners and existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional Market Management Teams (MMTs) to align segment priorities, optimize the 4Ps, and deliver measurable growth.
  • Draft and implement regional marketing plans for assigned segments, translate strategy into clear roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales and TS&D team to commercialize innovative projects with new and current customers—removing obstacles, crafting value propositions, and speeding time‑to‑revenue.
  • Design and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels; implement modern lead & opportunity management practices and continuously optimize CRM workflows for a quality pipeline.
  • Oversee external communication efforts, utilizing communication resources to ensure customers and channel partners receive clear, consistent messages.
  • Champion sustainability and inclusion by embedding circularity goals and I&D principles into portfolio positioning, storytelling, and go‑to‑market. Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • A proven track record in B2B marketing leadership, with evidence of solving complex, cross‑functional challenges.
  • Demonstrated success leading collaborative, diverse teams and influencing across a matrixed organization and multiple regions and time zones.
  • Ability to coordinate multi‑faceted programs with channel partners and customers, balancing strategic direction with operational excellence.

  • Communication – Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written proficiency in English. Fluency in additional local languages is considered an asset.
  • Project Management – Effective oversight of numerous campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Leading teams and fostering cross‑functional partnerships.
  • Creativity – Innovative mindset for impactful campaigns and branding initiatives.
